Libby Russell joined Syner-G in 2023, bringing more than 20 years of biopharmaceutical experience in product and process development, commercialization, and regulatory strategy. She has supported GMP manufacturing across a range of modalities, including monoclonal antibodies, oligomers, glycoproteins, and vaccines.

Previously, Libby held leadership roles at Amgen, where she oversaw commercialization of a monoclonal antibody product, and at Ophthotech, where she managed API and drug product manufacturing with a focus on operational excellence. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
