Mike Reardon is an accomplished organic chemist with more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. He brings expertise in synthesizing small molecules, carbohydrates, peptides, antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), polymers, and oligonucleotides. Mike has extensive leadership in chemical development and sterile drug product development.

At Syner-G, Mike supports all phases of development; from pre-IND to commercial launch, with a focus on both drug substance and drug product transfers, CDMO management, and formulation development. He previously held roles at Immunogen and Genzyme a Sanofi Company. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Roger Williams University.
